Appreciate the tutorials; I have watched many, and they are very helpful to a first time acoustic builder.
One thing I see you doing a lot is using a heated spatula to separate parts connected with double stick tape.
I have found that a bit of Ronsonal lighter fluid squirted where the two parts are joined softens the glue on the tape almost instantly. Once you get the spatula in, a short squirt or two and the parts separate quickly, even with parts as thin as 1/16" or less. And for me, I'm gong to use it anyway to clean the tape and adhesive residue from the wood.
Would not want to be without it.

FYI lighter fluid is Naptha which is easy to find in most places.
